Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka is a native of Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Sergey (d.2019) was an in ice hockey. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk, Belarus on May 5 1998. The 12 WTA singles titles comprise a Grand Slam, the 2023 Australian Open. Her doubles game is excellent, and she won Majors during the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), both together with Elise Mertens. Together with the Belgian tennis player, she also won an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in the year 2019, making her the Sunshine Double. Women's doubles only had four couples achieve this feat. She rose from second to third in singles world rankings on 23 August 2021. Her best ranking was also achieved in the month of January of 2023. After winning the Melbourne doubles tournament in February of 2021 and gaining the doubles title, she managed climb the ranks to be the number one player in that specialty. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis star, coached her throughout through the season of 2018 until end and part of this season in 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was her coach for short periods between August and September of 2020. Antonio Dubrov has been her coach since 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her heroes.
